By utilizing a novel approach to this last-mile challenge and state-of- the-art robotics and AI, we enable true on-demand services, dramatically reduced operational costs superior operational scalability. We've already demonstrated our disruptive technology, but there's still a lot ahead of us. We are looking for a proven leader to build our service operations ground up and oversee day to day operations

 

Responsibilities

Build and scale company’s service operations ground up

  • Hire facility staff

  • Develop staff training program
  • Define employee management approach - KPIs, incentive structure
  • Define, test and improve facility processes
  • Stabilize and oversee day to day service operations, including:
  • Accountability for facility key performance indicators
  • Manage warehouse staff and ensure high motivation, satisfaction and performance
  • Ensure seamless operations - receive, decant, pick, dispatch, stock management
  • Communicate with external stakeholders - suppliers, drivers and clients
  • Provide feedback to product, operations and R&D teams regarding product

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in logistics related field
  • Willingness to work in shifts (including early mornings and late nights) and get your hands dirty
  • Proven leader with great interpersonal skills (lead by example!)
  • 3+ years of management experience in an operational environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Good command of IT systems -  WMS, excel, e-mail
  • Comfort in analytical problem-solving
